Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Customers are entitled to return goods only if they are proven to be faulty or damaged. Return requests should be made to info@jakezhang.co.uk with proof of purchase, as well as photographic evidence and a detailed description of the fault or damage.

Goods must be returned in their original packaging, unworn or unused, with tags. Returns must be approved by us before items are sent back. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipment costs and duties incurred by the return are the customer's responsibility, and tracking is recommended, as items that do not reach us will not be eligible for a return. 

We do not accept returns on custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), or hygiene-sensitive goods, such as swimwear and underwear.
